Trata-se de uma TV na Internet, onde a maioria dos profissionais possuem alguma deficiência. O foco do programa é divulgar materiais educativos, vídeos inclusivos com música e Libras, bem como o primeiro telejornal inclusivo da Internet brasileira (Telelibras), promove cursos e treinamentos em empresas.
